About Justin Lapollo

Justin Lapollo, DO, is a psychiatrist, osteopathic medicine physician, and the medical director of Maryville Psychiatry in Maryville, Tennessee. He founded the practice in 2021 to provide exceptional psychiatric care to residents of Maryville and the surrounding East Tennessee areas, reducing suffering and helping patients become the best versions of themselves.

Dr. Lapollo attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001 and accepted a full ROTC scholarship at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he majored in psychiatry. He graduated from medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Dr. Lapollo has more than 15 years of diverse experience, specializing in psychiatry. He’s highly trained in counseling, ketamine injections, medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and other treatments that help patients overcome depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. He tailors each treatment to their individualized needs.
